Booking terms
Quotations are subject to availability and remain provisional until payment and written confirmation. Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates and supplier conditions may change before confirmation.
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions depend on the confirmed supplier rules and will be shared with the customer before booking. Customers are responsible for accurate traveller information, valid passports and compliance with entry requirements.
Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant authorities. Redigo provides application assistance and cannot guarantee approval, processing time or refund of government and processing fees.
